We recommend beginning with a 60‑minute free consultation.
Even if you don’t have numbers or documents prepared, we’ll talk through your current concerns — including that vague sense of “something isn’t right” — and clarify where to begin.
Can we consult with you even if our numbers and documents aren’t ready?
Yes, absolutely.
The purpose of the initial consultation is to understand your current situation, so it’s completely fine if your financial data or materials are not organized yet.
You’re welcome to reach out even from the stage where things simply feel unclear or unsettled.
Do you support dashboards created by other companies?
In principle, we do not support dashboards built by other companies, as the original design and responsibility scope may be unclear.
However, after reviewing the current setup, we can propose rebuilding the dashboard in a more maintainable and scalable structure.
Will you continue to provide support if our internal staff changes?
Yes. During the project, we include handover sessions and onboarding support when the internal contact person changes.
After the project ends, continued support is available through our monthly support plans if needed.
Is there support after the project is completed?
Yes. Two types of monthly support plans are available:
- Operational Maintenance Plan (from ¥55,000/month)
- Business Support Plan (from ¥220,000/month)
You can continue with either plan after the project depending on your needs.
About Contracts & Cancellations
Are there any additional costs after the contract is signed?
In principle, no additional costs will occur.
However, if work beyond the original scope becomes necessary, we will explain the details and reasons in advance and provide a separate quotation.
There will be absolutely no unexpected charges.
Can I cancel a plan midway?
For project‑based plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise), mid‑term cancellation is generally not accepted.
Monthly support plans can be terminated with one month’s notice.
Please review the details at the time of contracting.
Can I change plans during the project?
Changing plans after the project has started may be difficult, as it requires redefining the scope.
However, upgrading to a higher‑level plan after project completion is possible. Please feel free to consult with us.
A new contract will be required when upgrading plans.
Do we need to provide data before signing a contract?
You do not need to provide any data at the initial consultation stage.
After the contract is signed and the project begins, you will share the necessary data and documents.
The scope and method of data sharing will be agreed upon in advance.
If confidential information needs to be shared, we will sign a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) beforehand.
About Processes
How is the duration of a monthly support contract determined?
The monthly support plan is optional, not mandatory.
You may end the support once your internal team is able to operate independently.
How does the project progress?
The project follows this flow:
- Free consultation (60 minutes)
- Plan proposal & design (1–2 weeks)
- Implementation & delivery (1–6 months depending on the plan)
- Operational onboarding & feature support (optional)
We hold regular meetings in each phase so you can review progress.
About Pricing
Is the quotation free of charge?
Yes. The initial consultation and quotation are completely free.
Based on our initial conversation, we will provide an estimated cost tailored to your challenges and project scope.
Fees are incurred only after a formal contract is signed.
Will any additional fees arise after the contract begins?
No additional fees will be charged as long as the work remains within the agreed‑upon scope.
If a scope change becomes necessary, we will explain the details and reasons in advance and proceed only with your approval.
Actual expenses such as transportation or accommodation may be billed separately when applicable.
What are the payment terms?
The standard structure is a two‑part payment: 50% at project kickoff / 50% upon completion.
Depending on the project’s size and duration, installment payments may also be arranged.
Details can be discussed at the time of contracting.
Can I consult with you even if my budget is limited?
Absolutely. We can propose a focused scope that fits your budget.
