Is the estimate free?

Yes. The initial consultation and quotation are provided free of charge.

We first take the time to understand your current challenges and goals, then propose the plan that best fits your needs.

Can I cancel a plan midway?

Our plans are structured as completion‑based contracts, designed around the delivery of defined outcomes.
For this reason, cancellations during the project are generally not possible.

However, if adjustments to the scope are needed, we will work with you flexibly to find the best solution.

Can I change plans during the project?

Yes, you can.

Plans can be upgraded step‑by‑step—for example, from Assessment to Implementation, Transformation, and Enterprise — depending on project progress and your evolving needs.

Are there any additional costs after the contract is signed?

In principle, no additional costs will occur.

If work outside the agreed scope becomes necessary, we will always explain the reason in advance and provide a separate estimate before proceeding.

How is the duration of a monthly support contract determined?

The duration is set flexibly based on your operational structure and improvement cycle.

How long do we need to continue the monthly support?

Monthly support can be canceled anytime once your team is able to operate and maintain the dashboard independently.

Our ultimate goal is to help your organization reach operational independence.

Do you support dashboards created by other companies?

In principle, we do not support dashboards built by other companies, as the original design and responsibility scope may be unclear.

However, after reviewing the current setup, we can propose rebuilding the dashboard in a more maintainable and scalable structure.

Will you continue to provide support if our internal staff changes?

Yes. During the project, we include handover sessions and onboarding support when the internal contact person changes.

After the project ends, continued support is available through our monthly support plans if needed.

Do we need to provide data before signing a contract?

In some cases, we may request limited information about your data structure or current analytics environment before the contract is finalized.

If confidential data needs to be shared, we will first sign an NDA to ensure full confidentiality.

What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are determined at the time of contracting based on the project scope and duration.

Typically, a portion of the fee is paid as an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance paid upon delivery of the agreed deliverables.

For longer‑term projects, payments can also be structured by milestones or on a monthly basis.
